(Telecompaper) TCL subsidiary Alcatel OneTouch has announced that it will now operate under the brand name Alcatel. The company's new brand is intended to be in tune with its target market, millennials. Aimed at college students, young adults, young professionals and young parents, Alcatel has announced a range of new products at Mobile World Congress, including the Idol 4 smartphone series and the Plus 10 LTE-enabled two-in-one tablet.
