In addition to its vertical toggle system that allows lowering of table height to 3.4 ft from ground (including leveling pads), MDVR110S7000 features table width that accommodates placement of molds up to 33.64 x 33.64 in. on platen. Table rotation speed is <1 sec, and ultra low-speed injection capability rate down to .01 mm/sec is possible. Dual independent injection profiles can be set for A and B halves, allowing molder to finish job without making mold repairs or adjustments.
