Allstream sale to Accelero rejected over 'national security'

Winnipeg-based Manitoba Telecom Services said Monday the federal government has rejected a deal for it to sell its business unit, Allstream, to Egyptian investment group Accelero Capital due to "unspecified national security concerns."
