Alstom Acquires Motala Train AB

Alstom has finalized its acquisition of Motala Train AB, a Swedish company specialised in refurbishment, heavy maintenance and repair of passenger trains. Alstom becomes the sole owner of the company, which generates a yearly turnover of around 15 million and employs 73 people, taking Alstom's workforce to over 350 people in the country.
