Altice CEO Combes resigns in management reshuffle

(Telecompaper) Altice has announced the resignation of its CEO Michel Combes in a management reshuffle following the release of the company's third-quarter results. The group's founder Patrick Drahi has been reappointed president of the board after stepping down last year, with Dexter Goei named CEO while keeping his role as chief executive and chairman of Altice USA. Additional changes see Dennis Okhuijsen appointed Altice Europe head while continuing as the group's chief financial officer and current SFR Media CEO Alain Weill named SFR Group chairman and chief executive.
