Consisting of full-fired, 99% pure alumina ceramic, Aremcolox™ 502-1400-99 provides abrasion and corrosion resistance as well as mechanical strength and electrical resistance for continuous operating temperatures to 3,000°F. Product features compressive strength of 340,000 psi, flexural strength of 46,000 psi, and dielectric strength of 225 V/mil. Typical applications include burner nozzles, alignment fixtures, combustion chambers, pump liners, rail guides, stand-offs, and wear tiles.
