Amarillo TxDOT gets $20 million for Loop 335 projects

The Texas Transportation Department will proceed on two major Amarillo-area highway projects totaling more than $20 million after state officials approved them. The Texas Transportation Commisson on Thursday approved 23 out of 200 planned projects, totaling nearly $168 million worth of roadway construction, rehabilitation and restoration work.
