American Airlines flight attendants close to approving a US Airways merger plan

According to NBC affiliate KXAS-TV in Dallas-Fort Worth, union President Laura Glading said the merger is the best thing for American and its unions and passengers and that she will likely recommend her union approve a "memorandum of understanding" soon.
