American Apparel's Charney Faced Ultimatum: Quit or Bea

When Dov Charney arrived at a regularly scheduled American Apparel Inc. board meeting Wednesday, he was given two options: Resign immediately as chairman, president and chief executive of the company he founded, or the board would fire him with cause, according to people familiar with the situation.
