South Coast Today: One of my favorite public opinion polls is the one that always shows that Americans' attitudes toward the climate can change based on how cold it is when they stick their noses outside in the morning. A national survey conducted this winter by the Yale Project on Climate Change found that 23 percent of us don't believe global warming is happening.
