BusinessGreen: Misunderstood sell-by dates on food are leading to phenomenal amounts of food waste, according to a new report that highlights a lack of federal regulation for food labelling as a key problem.
The report, called "The Dating Game", was produced by the Natural Resource Defense Council (NRDC) and the Harvard Food Law and Policy Clinic.
