TEMPE, Ariz. &ndash; Amtech Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: ASYS), a global supplier of production and automation systems and related supplies for the manufacture of solar cells, semiconductors, and sapphire and silicon wafers, today announced it has received approximately $10 million in new solar orders, including orders for its diffusion and PECVD systems from respected solar technology leaders in Korea and Taiwan.
