The Dow Chemical Company announced today that Amy E. Wilson has been elected corporate secretary by the Board of Directors, effective February 1, 2015, and has been named assistant general counsel. She replaces Charles J. Kalil in the role, who will continue as executive vice president and general counsel. Wilson continues to report to Kalil
