Anadarko to sell offshore Mozambique stake to ONGC

Oil and Natural Gas's (ONGC) international subsidiary ONGC Videsh (OVL) is set to acquire a ten percent stake in a gas field in offshore Mozambique, from Anadarko Petroleum, for $2.64bn in cash.
