The CEO of a Canadian agribusiness said Thursday his company is seeking expansion in the United States, and he mentioned The Andersons as one possible target. Curt Vossen, the chief executive of Richardson International Ltd., said in an interview with Reuters news service that the company could make acquisitions worth between $83 million and $1.67 billion.
