Apple to launch Apple Watch in nine countries on 24 April

(Telecompaper) Apple has announced that Apple Watch will be available on 24 April to customers in Australia, Canada, China, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Japan, the UK and the US. Apple Watch will also be available for preview in these countries beginning 10 April. Apple Watch is available in three collections, Apple Watch Sport, priced at USD 349 and USD 399; Apple Watch, available from USD 549-1,009; and Apple Watch Edition, created from custom rose or yellow 18-karat gold alloys, with prices starting at USD 10,000.
