CLEVELAND &ndash; Applied Industrial Technologies (NYSE: AIT) today announced it has acquired Texas Oilpatch Services Corporation (TOPS) of Houston, Texas. TOPS is a distributor of bearings, oil seals, power transmission products, and related replacement parts to the oilfield industry.
