Applied Industrial Technologies President & Chief Executive Officer Neil A. Schrimsher today announced that the Company's Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.27 per common share, payable on August 31, 2015, to shareholders of record on August 14, 2015. The Company also announced that its Annual Meeting of Shareholders will be held at 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, October 27, 2015, at its Corporate Headquarters, 1 Applied Plaza , Cleveland, Ohio.
