Over the past three months, the company they founded, Paintzen, has landed $7.2 million in venture capital, expanded its operations from the New York metropolitan area and San Francisco to Boston and Washington, D.C., and announced a partnership with Montvale-based paint company Benjamin Moore. Paintzen allows customers to submit a request for a paint job, receive an estimate, buy paint and schedule the work, sometimes as soon as the next day, all online.
