Aquafil partners on bio-nylon, targets more sustainable apparel

Italian yarn maker Aquafil has inked a multi-year agreement with chemical manufacturing company Genomatica to develop caprolactam, a key ingredient to producing 100% sustainable nylon, for use in apparel and fibres.
