It took several tries before Art Decio agreed to be a part of it, but an upcoming documentary will look at the local business leader's life and philanthropy in Elkhart. The Elkhart Truth reported that WNIT will premiere " Art Decio: A Wonderful Life ," at 8 p.m. on May 25. The program begins with Decio's early years building prefabricated homes with his father in the family's garage to his later years as the founder of Skyline Corp. , a company that assembles manufactured homes and recreational vehicles.
