Asbury Automotive Group acquires and rebrands Capitol City Nissan

Duluth, Ga.-based Asbury Automotive Group, Inc. has acquired Capitol City Nissan and will rebrand the store Nalley Nissan Atlanta. The dealership near Interstate 285 at 5211 Peachtree Industrial Blvd. in Chamblee generates approximately $70 million in revenue annually, Asbury said in a prepared statement.
