Ashford Trust acquisition of Lakeway Resort complete

Ashford Hospitality Trust, Inc. said it has completed the acquisition of the 168-room Lakeway Resort & Spa for a total consideration of USD33.5 million. The company said the purchase price of USD33.5 million represents a forward 12-month estimated cap rate of 8.7 percent on net operating income.
