Ashland Announces Price Increase for Phosphate Ester Specialty Surfactants to the Coatings Industry

Ashland Specialty Ingredients, a commercial unit of Ashland Inc. , today said it will increase the price of its Dextrol and Strodex phosphate ester specialty surfactants to the coatings industry by 5 percent effective October 1, 2013, or as contracts allow.
