With 4 air sampling pipes running out as far as 400 ft, FAAST XT can protect nearly 30,000 ft² of space. Onboard Ethernet port allows unit to be configured and monitored off-site. Plus, detector can send system alerts via email, making it suitable for hard-to-reach, hazardous, or restricted access areas. Utilizing IR laser and blue LED to detect smoke, FAAST XT has particle separator and 30-micron filter, which prevent heavier particulates not associated with smoke or fire to be expelled.
