Associations File Amici Brief; SC Urged to Uphold Lower Court Ruling Permitting CBA

US - Four meat and poultry associations last week filed an Amici curiae brief with the United States Supreme Court. The associations urged the court to uphold a lower court decision permitting collective bargaining agreements (CBA) to address compensation for clothes-changing time.
