Teledyne Microwave Solutions (TMS) announced recently that it will be unveiling at Satellite 2016 a new GaN-based Ka-band SSPA that delivers unsurpassed linear power levels when combined with the Teledyne Dual Band BUC with an integrated IF linearizer.
