RUSSIA - The deputy head of Rosselkhoznador, the Russian veterinary authority, Nikolai Vlasov (pictured), has launched a blistering attack against the leaders of the Krasnodar authorities after they announced plans to restock pig farms in the region devastated by African swine fever.
