Attracting interns to Philly spurs future economic growth: Campus Philly

Campus Philly held an exclusive event Tuesday night for more than 200 interns, giving them a headstart to networking in a market that retains 71 percent of its summer interns, according to one report. The nonprofit - which aims to improve economic activity in the city by encouraging area students to study, live and work in the Philadelphia region - invited interns from more than 20 major companies to its fifth annual My Philly Summer Party held on the 43 rd floor of the Comcast Center.
