USA Today: President Obama's meeting with the prime minister of Australia on Thursday may get a little chilly when it comes to the subject of climate change. Australian media is reporting that Prime Minister Tony Abbott is seeking an alliance of countries to counter proposed restrictions on carbon emissions, including price regulations.
