Austin frozen food manufacturer expands into organics

Michael Angelo's Gourmet Foods, an Austin-based maker of frozen meals, has dipped its toe into the world of organic food with the launch of a new line of meals that contain some organic ingredients, the company announced Wednesday . The new line, dubbed "Made with Organic", features nine single-serving meals such as lasagna and eggplant parmesan.
