The Mitchell Auto Group, which owns and operates seven car dealerships in Connecticut, is finalizing plans to acquire the Enfield and Colchester Chrysler, Dodge, Ram dealerships owned by Anthony F. Troiano and Robert Artioli, according to a report. "We're in the process of a friendly takeover," Steven Mitchell, a co-owner of the Mitchell Auto Group told gazettenet.com.
