To maximize absolute throughput, Scorpion Dispensing System features piezo jetting valves which enable jetting of fluids over wide range of viscosity with speeds up to 800 Hz. Waste is minimized with fluid box of less than 150 nL. eDIS software facilitates programming of dots, lines, and shapes while also supporting CAD import. Based on application, Scorpion can be equipped with up to 4 valves or pumps, including jet valves, Archimedian screw valves, time pressure valves, and slider valves.
