Suited for high-voltage automotive electronics in standard and hybrid electric vehicles, X7R series is qualified to AEC-Q200 and includes 5 chip sizes from 1206–2220, 6 voltages from 630–3,000 V, and capacitance values from 100 pF to 0.15 µF. There are two RoHS-compliant termination options available: plated Ni/Sn and FLEXITERM®. Latter provides enhanced resistance to mechanical stress by optimizing allowable board flexure. All products are rated for -55 to +125°C operation.
