Based on ARM® Cortex®-R5 core, 32-bit Spansion® Traveo™ S6J3100 incorporates CAN FD interface operating at 5 Mbps for in-vehicle networking, such as body control modules and HVAC applications. Microcontrollers use 55 nm technology, come standard with up to 4 MB of flash memory for high-level program control, and offer high-speed operation of 144 MHz. Devices also feature Secure Hardware Extension for network security and advanced partial wakeup for lowering power consumption.
