Deputy Minister of the Malaysian Ministry of International Trade and Industry, Dato' Lee Chee Leong, officiated the ground-breaking ceremony for the highly reactive polyisobutene (HR-PIB) production plant at the BASF PETRONAS Chemicals Sdn Bhd integrated site in Gebeng, Kuantan, Malaysia today.
