BHP teams up with Mexico's Pemex

BHP Billiton is teaming with Mexican oil company Pemex in a bid to develop deepwater petroleum reserves in the Gulf of Mexico. The resources giant and the Mexican state-run oil company signed a memorandum of understanding to exchange technical expertise in Mexico at a ceremony in Cancun on Thursday.
