Bacardi Starts Layoffs in North America

Bacardi Ltd. said it began laying off about 10% of its staff in North America as part of a restructuring effort designed to reduce costs. The world's fourth-largest liquor company is eliminating fewer than 80 positions from its 600-person staff in North America.
