BusinessGreen: The European Parliament is due to vote for a second time on the proposed 'backloading' reforms to the EU's emissions trading scheme (ETS), according to an MEP on the influential Environment Committee.
Writing on Twitter this morning, Lib Dem MEP Chris Davies revealed that "Environment Committee coordinators just agreed that we vote again in committee on 19 June, and in plenary 1st week July".
