A Jadavpur University alumnus identified as the key accused in the alleged molestation of a student on campus got bail on Monday following his lawyer's submission that he would lose his job if he failed to resume work by Friday. An Alipore court judge granted bail to Debabrata Mandal, employed with IT major Tata Consultancy Services , on condition that he would "appear before the investigating officer twice a week and not try to influence the complainant".
