Used for cutting such materials such as inconel, stainless steel, and nickel alloys, Danobat DS3A employs 195 x 1.3 x 0.04 in. blade that operates from 46–295 rpm. Dual columns accept blade tension, and material is clamped on both sides of blade to reduce burrs. Movable arm automatically adjusts to width of material and maintains optimum position relative to moving vice, and blade guidance is accomplished by bearings and plates fitted on plate holders.
