Bayer MaterialScience now officially Covestro

Covestro, which is now legally and economically independent, will remain a 100 percent subsidiary of Bayer AG until it is floated on the stock market in the coming months. Bayer has said it wants to float Covestro on the stock market by mid-2016 at the latest in order to concentrate exclusively on its life sciences business.
