Beer: 'Meeting of the Malts' convening here

The "Meeting of the Malts," subtitled "the Pittsburgh Brewers Summit," is being held at the Priory on the North Side on Jan. 22. Organized by the Brewers of Pennsylvania -- a trade group founded in 2011 for in-state breweries, business supporters and consumers -- the event starts from 5 to 6:30 p.m. with a Victory Brewing Co. Pre-Summit Party in the hotel's refectory .
