Yesterday, the Irish Minister for Foreign Affairs & Trade, Simon Coveney, closed the door on the third still at Quintessential Brands' The Dublin Liberties Distillery. Spirit for Irish whiskey, which is traditionally triple distilled, can now start to be produced at the new site.
