Bell CEO to pilot Westport co.

Terex will replace its retiring CEO Ron DeFeo with John Garrison Jr., who holds the same role at Bell Helicopter, a subsidiary of Providence, R.I.-based Textron . DeFeo has led Terex since 1992, with the Westport-based company making heavy equipment including cranes, construction vehicles and mining equipment.
