Using Lenze DSD software to tailor drive system to application requirements, Energy Efficient Solution Package features 4-pole L-force MF 3-phase AC motors with GKR bevel gearbox, 120 Hz frequency, and supply voltage of 400 V. Motors exceed efficiency class IE2, deliver constant torque in speed ranges of 24:1, and are optimized for variable motion in power ranges of 0.55–22 kW. By combining AC motor with 0.5-10.0 hp Lenze 8400 motec inverter with VFC eco mode, system offers energy efficient solution.
