Featuring flush mount design, Belt Scale eliminates need for users to cut or torch conveyor frame for installation. Unit fits belt widths from 18–72-in. and provides accuracy of ±½% in dry bulk applications producing up to 3,000 tons/hr. Standard model integrator includes onboard Ethernet port, 2 independent RS-232 serial outputs, and battery backup feature. With self-diagnostics capabilities, operators can view setup parameters, load cell signals, I/O settings, and speed sensor frequencies.
