Berec opens consultation on new net neutrality rules

(Telecompaper) EU telecoms regulator Berec has published its draft guidelines on the implementation by regulators of new net neutrality rules and is now seeking comments from stakeholders over the next six weeks. The consultation will close on 18 July. Berec is aiming to finalise the guidelines in August.
