Featuring 3-blade tool holder and formed TiN coated blades that dissipate heat away from pipe’s surface, MILLHOG® Dictator Pipe Machining Tool can perform 37 ½ x 10 degree bevel or any other angle simultaneously. Unit securely mounts to inside diameter of heavy-wall pipe from 4.5–18 in. ID using 3 wide clamps with hardened steel contact points. Equipped with 3 hp air motor, tool develops 4,100 lb-ft of torque at cutter blade and pulls continuous thick chip without cutting oils.
