But before the ninth annual Roar on the Shore motorcycle rally opens Wednesday, bikers can go hog wild for their favorite pastime -- Harley-Davidson-style. The third annual Harley-Davidson BikeFest is set to begin Monday at the Harley-Davidson of Erie dealership at 3712 W. 12th St. in Millcreek Township.
